Check-In/Check-Out:
We request that you check in between
1:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. If you cannot arrive at the Keegan Cook House
before 4:00 P.M. please let us know when you will be arriving so
that we will be sure to be available to greet you. Check out is at
11 A.M.
Restrictions:
Please note that the Keegan-Cook House provides a
smoke-free environment inside the house for our guests.
Smoking is allowed on the
galleries on the first and
second floors and outside on the back deck.
Cancellations:
In order to allow us a fair amount
of time to resell a reserved room or suite, cancellations must be
received 10 days prior to the reserved date. We accept
cancellations by email, telephone or fax. If your cancellation is
received after the 10 day time limit, a one night fee will be
applied to your credit card. If your cancellation is received
prior to the 10 day time limit, there will be a 20 percent
cancellation fee applied to your credit card. Please note that we require a 6 week cancellation for reservations that are booked for the Christmas Festival of Lights.
We accept credit cards, checks or cash.
