What
better way to welcome the morning than in this sunlit room? The
sunny yellow walls, furnishings and appointments all reflect
the glorious glow of morning. The Victorian Room is a very spacious
room on the second floor that offers a custom made King-sized mahogany full
tester bed piled high with lush bedding. It is a sleeping
extravaganza when you sink into the feather bed mattress topper.
The room offers a cozy sitting area
beautifully appointed with lovely antique sofa to relax on and
an empire chest and marble top dresser. This room opens directly onto the second floor gallery where you can unwind and relax while enjoying the complimentary brownies and other bedtime snacks that await your arrival.
The adjoining bath opens into the recently refurbished Kid's Room which offers a gorgeous antique half tester bed and another sitting area for relaxing or reading. Don't let the name fool you. This is a full sized room with a full sized bed and is inviting and comfortable for children and adults.
If you are traveling as a family or a group of friends, this room, combined with the Victorian Room is wonderfully inviting suite. Please rest assured that we will never rent the Kid's room to strangers. This room will only be combined into a suite if you are family or friends traveling together.
